About Eisler Nurseries

Eisler Nurseries provides highest quality shade and ornamental trees wholesale. We grow over 150 varieties of deciduous trees. We continue John M. Eisler's legacy with limited quantities of large specimen material. (Discover more of our story on the History & Photo Gallery page.)

The bulk of our sales are in the 2 to 4 inch caliper range. We continuously seek out and implement new production practices to grow the finest trees available to the trade:

• Drip irrigation of our entire growing acreage
• Root pruning at 1-inch caliper and 4-inch caliper
• Vigilant canopy pruning to ensure proper and consistent form
• Continuous assessment and adjustment of nutrients
• A successful 'Summer Dig' program
• Using only natural twine and burlap
• Cutting the bottoms off of all the balls, to reduce weight and ease handling and storage
