In 1926, John M. Eisler founded Eisler Nurseries to provide a wide variety of plant materials to the trade. His nursery was one of the first to offer larger trees than were commonly available. John's granddaughter Sherry and her husband Peter J. Kyne, Jr. took over the nursery in 1984.
